Incorporating Strongman Training
Strongman is so much fun. I call it a mix between powerlifting and CrossFit. A yoke is made mostly to walk with. But recent knee problems may keep me from that for a bit. Doing squats with it is super safe and you can really go heavy. Only you cant go too deep or you wont be able to get out of the hole.
My Rogue Y1 yoke weighs 185 pounds by itself.
