Interestingly, expert testimony at appellants' trial suggested that the enforced concealment of women's breasts reinforces cultural obsession with them, contributes toward unhealthy attitudes about breasts by both sexes and even discourages women from breastfeeding their children.
I defiantly agree, when a man sees every women aroundwith there breast out he no longer has the same desires or feelings about them. In my opinion a bikini is a lot sexier and more sexually enticing thena bunch ofnaked breast, in an open setting.
You never really win a law suit or a criminal arrest. IF IT IS LEGAL, then after hiring an attorney at your own expense, spending two years ofhassle, enduring publicity and criticism at work and church, having your children teased at school,and a public trial,YOU WILL GET OFF!Most of these laws are vague. "activity that reasonably might offend someone", leaves a world of open ended questions. It boils down to how much of an activist you areand how much time and money you wish to invest.
I know this article is 6 years old but I live in Columbus Ohio and every year at the community Festival there are naked or topless women walking around all over the place cops say nothing it is fine you can go topless if you like walk down the street but you can not go topless in the public parks
