Cayo Largo - 2015

Has anyone been to Cayo Largo lately? I'm wondering if the problems with water and power have become less recurring. There also seemed to be a problem with supplies earlier this year from some of the Trip Advisor comments. I'd love to go back at the beginning of December 2015.

We were there in Jan 2016 and had a wonderful time... There is construction of more units and rebuilding of the hotels that were destroyed years ago by hurricane. Had a wonderful time enjoying the sun and beach au naturel.
