I believe that one of the united states presidents was a skinny dipper. Can't remember which one. But he use to go skinny dipping in the patomic river.

Benjamin Franklin used to extoll the virtues of "air baths" and was known to regularly skinnydip in the Delaware River in Philadelphia. Actor Evan Handler (Californication; Sex & the City) is an outspoken nudist, though I haven't found any nude pics posted of him. Many other actors have openly said that live without clothing, or prefer to be nude but have not gone so far as to say they are nudists. Check out these articles that I found. It makes interesting reading on many aspects of his life.

I was honoured to have dinner with THE most attractive naked lady on a recent holiday - far better than any actress. When I see them emerge from the sea it reminds me of Honour Blackman's appearance in the Bond film, but without the bikini.

Scott Wolf (Lost, V) is a nudist. Interviews with Lost stars commented on how they sometimes had to hold up shooting scenes while waiting for him to put his clothes back on.

Chancellor Angela Merkel is or was a nudist. In fact, many East Germans were nudists. They claimed that it was the one thing the Soviets couldn't take from them. The Duke of Windsor was also a nudist. He visited the Dalmatian coast in the late 30s.

Winston Churchill took frequent air baths and there's a famous story about Franklin Roosevelt entering his room to find him nude. Churchill invited him to stay and met with him that way. U.S. President John F. Kennedy swam nude in the White House swimming pool as did President Lyndon B. Johnson. Johnson used to hold meetings in his bathroom while sitting on the toilet so he had no modesty about nudity. I've also heard he used to stay naked after he retired from politics.
