It is, you'll love it. Action on the beach is a bit of a walking distance from Heliopolis, but not too bad. The swingers/bi/gay section is just past the Rene' Oltra campground.
I've been going for 7 years, both alone and with my partner and friends, and love it. I should be there June 10-18 at the Rene' Oltra, not sure yet.
